Johanna is an Associate in Russell Kennedy's aged care team with a focus on the home care sector. She assists aged care and home care providers to understand and comply with their responsibilities under the Aged Care Act and its principles and other laws. She also assists in drafting the firm’s aged care and support at home care agreements and provides advice and training on issues such as duty of care and dignity of risk. Johanna also assists providers in responding to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. In addition, she represents clients in coronial inquests and Royal Commissions.
